These last days of summer and good weather we are trying to complete the
alien vegetation map of Corvo Island. With the help of Beatriz and Rosemary we
were able to map around 60% of th island total area. They finish the volunteer
program but the work goes on.
The preliminary data show the Great leaf Hydrangea has the most abundant
specie that occur in higher altitude of Corvo.

- in black the distribution of Big Leaf Hydrangea
- in red the distribution of Tamarisk
- in blue the distribution of the Australian Cheesewood
